Great customer service. My order said it was delivered but sadly I think it was delivered to the wrong address. I reached out to the company and without hesitation they offered to resend it or refund the cost. I chose to resend it. It got there within a couple of days and the recipient loved it. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I contacted the company and they shipped a new one to a temporary address with expedited shipping free of charge. It got delivered 4 days after the order. This piñatagram was the second one I have ordered to be sent to a family member for a birthday. Both times, they have been a hit for the recipient. The only thing I wish could be different was selecting a specific date for delivery. I picked the shipping method based on when I hoped it would be delivered by. The first time, it arrived after the birthday, the second time I planned a little better and it arrived just before the birthday. Otherwise, it's a really fun and creative gift to send.

This is really cute, and my team loves them, but I would love some sort of automated system that sends these out for us on an annual basis. There are close to 80 people in my company, and sending these manually is a lot. Plus, your website just updated to where it won't save my information anymore, so I have to input the billing information manually every single time. It's a first world problem, yes, and I still love these, but that would definitely make my life a little easier! :)

I love this idea, I love that this is a fun, colorful thing to send to friends and family to let them know I’m thinking of them. But the shipping for these is HORRIBLE. It doesn’t seem to matter how far in advance you order them, they always arrive late. And not a day or so late, weeks late. I know that’s not completely on the company, that’s partially the shipping company as well, but it’s very unfortunate
