Shipping Policy

We fulfill orders the next business day after an order is placed. 

Business days refer to days Monday - Friday as our team does not operate on Saturday or Sunday. We are not able to guarantee that your gift will arrive on a specific date and can only take action if an order is lost or damaged. We offer two different shipping options for you to choose from:

Standard Shipping can take anywhere between 3-6 business days in transit. This shipping timeframe does not include Saturday or Sundays, but orders may arrive over the weekend depending on our mail carrier. If an order is not delivered by the 6th business day of transit, customers receive eligibility for a partial or full shipping refund. 

Priority shipping will arrive on the 2nd business day after the order is shipped by our team. This shipping timeframe does not include Saturday or Sundays, but orders may arrive over the weekend depending on our mail carrier. If an order is not delivered on the 2nd business day of transit, customers receive eligibility for a partial or full shipping refund. 

Please know that national shipping holidays and situations outside of our control such as natural disasters may affect these shipping timeframes. National holidays include: 

Memorial Day (last Monday in May)

Independence Day (July 4th)

Labor Day (first Monday in September)

Thanksgiving Day (third Thursday in November)

Christmas Day (December 25th

 

Customers have the ability to sign up for tracking updates via the tracking link specific for their order. We do not contact customers with tracking updates and it is up to our customers to reach out to us with any shipping questions or issues. We do not give refunds on orders placed after a six month time period due to a lack of tracking references and inability to verify delivery.
